The roasting workshop welcomes you! Discover the world of coffee on an immersive guided tour (booking required) or an audio-guided self-guided tour (booking not required), tracing its history, culture and the stages in the artisanal roasting process. The final tasting will crown this immersive experience and turn you into a true connoisseur.
